Bonefish Grill is an American seafood chain restaurant that was founded by Chris Parker and Tim Curci in January 2000 in St. Petersburg Florida. The two were driven by their passion for catching, preparing and serving freshly caught fish. Their goal was to create a unique dining experience for all of their customers.

The company has a philosophy of perfecting every meal that they make. To them, a great dish consists of more than simply putting food on the table. Rather, it’s the whole experience from beginning to end, starting from their seasonal fresh fish, to hand-made cocktails and personalized customer service.

Moreover, the restaurant’s menu is renowned for being innovative, with the main items on offer being seasonal fresh fish and guest favorite “Bang Bang Shrimp”. Every dish is prepared with just the right amount of seasoning, emphasizing natural flavors and textures which come from the finest ingredients and time-tested recipes.

Bonefish Grill was acquired by Bloomin’ Brands on October 5, 2001. During that period, the chain only had 3 locations. Five years later in 2006, they announced the launch of their 100th restaurant. By December 2015, the company had 5 franchised Bonefish Grill locations, and 210 corporate owned restaurants spread across 28 states in the U.S.

At each of their restaurants, they practice daily culinary routines that are aimed at perfecting their art of dining. Bonefish Grill makes a point to greet all guests walking through their doors, ensuring they receive the personal attention they deserve.

They also have a reputation of fulfilling orders fast, like the hand-crafted martini which takes only a few minutes to serve, despite being prepared to perfection and shaken at least 20 times. Freshness is their signature.
