Firebirds History
Firebirds is an American grill restaurant chain that was first opened in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2001. A few years later, Angelo Gordon partnered with the company’s original founders to boost growth momentum and generally expand the business.
Today, Firebirds operates in multiple states across the America, fueled by their innovative concept, team spirit and the loyalty of customers. They are also adding new locations every year. The restaurant specializes in Slow Roasted Prime Rib cuts that are prepared on site and served fresh daily.
Firebirds is now the number one lunch spot in America and nobody can pass up an invitation. It’s the preferred dining option for both business guests and families looking for some good time out. This is a polished casual restaurant chain that features various classic American cuisines, blended with bold flavors, spices and fresh herbs.
In 2014, the restaurant opened their 35th store in Gainesville, Virginia specializing in fresh seafood, chicken, aged steaks and ribs seared on top of a wood-fired grill. They also plan to expand to other territories very soon. According to CEO Mark Eason, they have set their sights high in every market and believe that no detail is too small to consider. He said the new location marked a true milestone in the business’ journey and they look forward to sharing the company’s experience with more visitors in 2016 and even beyond.
Firebirds is open from Monday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm and Friday through Saturday from 11am to 11pm. Guests can choose between full-course meals or half-priced appetizers, including drink specials that are available from the FIREBAR every weekday from 4:00pm to 6:30pm at the bar and outdoor patio. Additionally, guests can sign up for the Firebirds E-Club in order to learn more about upcoming events, promos, new menu items and exclusive offers.
