Here is the complete Moe’s Southwest Grill gluten-free menu.
Moe’s Southwest Grill provides some great gluten-free options if your looking for some fast Mexican food. Most of their ingredients are naturally gluten-free, but do be aware that they use a common fryer for their chips and tortillas, so some cross contamination can occur.
If you have a gluten allergy, we recommend going with a burrito bowl and staying away from the fried items. Otherwise, just make sure to get corn tortillas, as the flour tortillas do contain gluten. They also provide free chips & salsa with every order!

Moe’s Southwest Grill History
Moe’s Southwest Grill is a fast casual restaurant that was founded in Atlanta, Georgia in December 2000 by Raving Brands. However, the company was bought by Focus Brands in August 2007. The eatery serves a wide variety of items such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas and nachos. Moe’s is marketed as a fun and engaging fast food restaurant serving a variety of fresh, ready-to-order Southwest style dishes in a welcoming environment.
For customers, the first thing they’ll hear upon entering a restaurant is the cordial message of “Welcome to Moe’s!” This is more than just a greeting but also an embodiment of the restaurant’s entire culture. Everybody is welcomed to dine at Moe’s regardless of their financial status or background. All of their food is healthy and affordable.
With a menu consisting of more than 20 fresh ingredients such as their all-natural chicken, organic tofu and grass-fed steak, there’s always something for guests to enjoy. The restaurant has everyone covered, from meat lovers to vegetarians. Whereas they are best known for serving awesome burritos, Moe’s menu also features kids, vegetarian and low-calorie servings which are all provided with free chips and salsa. Since all the food items are served fresh, there’s absolutely no need for microwaves and the restaurant doesn’t have them at all.
Many customers agree that Moe’s currently serves the best Southwest dishes, with more than 600 locations within the United States and abroad. Their menu includes fun, pop-culture inspired names such as Wrong Doug, Earmuffs, Joey Bag of Donuts and Close Talker which are interesting not just for the adults but for the kids as well. Additionally, all restaurants play hand-selected tunes that pay homage to various legendary musicians. The restaurant has its own unique theme that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
According to a 2016 report by Harris Poll EquiTrend, Moe’s has been rated the “Fast Casual Mexican Restaurant of the Year”. In addition, they have opened new locations in Turkey and Russia, with plans to expand even further into Jamaica and Costa Rica.
