Noodles and Company is a privately held American fast casual pasta chain with more than 300 locations spread across the United States. They are based in Broomfield, Colorado. The company was founded in 1995 by Aaron Kennedy in the small neighborhood of Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado. As of 2012, they had an annual turnover rate of around $300 million. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes including noodles, sandwiches, soups and salads, all served under one roof.

Each dish is uniquely hand crafted to meet the customer’s specifications and they only use the freshest ingredients to prepare their meals. The company’s motto is “REAL food and REAL cooking for REAL flavors”. During its inception, the restaurant’s aim was to serve fresh food fast, a concept that was unheard of during that time. Fast forward to today and the company is still redefining the fast casual dining experience with innovative menu items.
