Here is the complete Which Wich gluten-free menu.
Which Wich does a great job of providing a lot of ways to enjoy their food while staying gluten-free. They are known for their customizable sandwiches, but they provide lettuce wraps that they call the Lettucewich® and bowls to enjoy their tasty ingredients which they call the Bowlwich®. It works out great because most of their ingredients are naturally gluten-free. They even had them certified gluten-free by MenuTrinfo®.
They do note though that some cross-contamination is possible due to them still having other items that contain wheat present in their kitchens. It would also be great if they had a gluten-free bread alternative for those wanting a more traditional sandwich, but they do better than most at providing info and options for those looking to avoid gluten.

Which Wich History
Which Wich is an American fast casual restaurant chain that specializes in salads and sandwiches. Their headquarters are located in downtown Dallas, TX. The first location was opened in 2003 by Jeff Sinelli. Which Wich began franchising to entrepreneurs two years after opening. Currently, they have around 69 restaurants found in 37 states across America, including locations in Dubai, Panama City, Guatemala City and Mexico City.
The restaurant is known for its unique ordering system, whereby customers use red sharpies to choose from pre-printed menus found on sandwich bags. Clients select sandwiches from a variety of 10 that are available, then add their choice of bread, spreads, cheese and toppings. Thereafter, the sandwiches are prepared and delivered in custom sandwich bags.
In June 2007, Which Wich was awarded the Hot Concepts! Award by Nation’s Restaurant News and in May of the following year, they achieved a milestone of opening their 50th location. Ever since, they have been on a rapid expansion plan around the world with Chain Store Guide magazine naming them the fastest growing fast food restaurant chain in both the United States and Canada. In August 2013, Which Wich proudly opened its 250th location and a year later they launched their own charity project known as PB&J.
This program is aimed at integrating individual stores with neighboring communities, it follows the buy-one-give-one model, whereby every peanut butter and jelly sandwich sold by the company leads to a donation to the PB&J fund. Store operators can then use these funds to provide for their local communities in various ways, such as responding to a natural disaster or feeding the hungry.
The project also includes various company-sponsored assets and backpack kits that provide restaurants with field equipment and even branded cars that can be used for outreach within communities. Which Wich also supports its franchisees by preparing them to host educational sessions in local schools in order to raise awareness on various issues affecting the community such as hunger.

Which Wich Gluten-Free Menu
- Gluten-Free Options
Summary
Which Wich has a lot of gluten-free ingredients and does a great job at providing options for those that are avoiding gluten. They provide bowls and lettuce wraps to choose from instead of bread so you can still choose from the pre-made selections or customize your own with all of their gluten-free ingredients. We wish they had a gluten-free bread option, but other than that, they do a fantastic job at providing a specific gluten-free menu and plenty of options to enjoy the majority of their menu.
