While you won’t be able to enjoy Bertucci’s brick oven pizzas, they do have a few gluten sensitive items on their menu. They don’t provide a lot of information on their website about their cooking procedures but were assuming cross contamination can happen as they do make a lot of other food items like their famous pizzas that contain gluten.
However, they do provide a section on their online menu that is labeled as gluten sensitive. This may also be a separate menu when visiting their restaurants, so make sure to let your waiter know if you are needing to eat gluten-free so they can help you out.

Summary
Bertucci’s does offer some gluten sensitive items in different categories. They also note the modifications needed on a few of those items to make sure you are keeping any gluten off your order. However, they are famous for their brick oven pizzas and they don’t have any gluten-free option available here. Cross contamination is also a possibility due to all the gluten products they make in their kitchen so we have a hard time recommending it because of this reason coupled with the already limited selection of gluten sensitive items.
