California Pizza Kitchen may not have a big selection of gluten-free dishes, but they do offer a few gluten-free certified pizzas. They also offer the gluten-free crust they use on any of their other pizzas.
While the other items made from gluten-free ingredients, they are not prepared specifically to be gluten-free certified and some cross-contamination could be an issue if you are not ordering one of the specific pizzas they note are GIG approved.
They note to let the manager know of any special dietary needs before ordering.
