California Pizza Kitchen may not have a big selection of gluten-free dishes, but they do offer a few gluten-free certified pizzas. They also offer the gluten-free crust they use on any of their other pizzas. While the other items made from gluten-free ingredients, they are not prepared specifically to be gluten-free certified and some cross-contamination could be an issue if you are not ordering one of the specific pizzas they note are GIG approved. They note to let the manager know of any special dietary needs before ordering.
A few of their pizzas are prepared using procedures approved by The Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). They do have a gluten-free crust which can be ordered with any pizza, but only the following options can be prepared to GIG standards.

California Pizza Kitchen may seem like they don’t have a lot to offer in terms of gluten-free menu options, but there is something for everyone. They have a few of their pizzas that they can prepare specifically to GIG gluten-free standards. Then there is a small variety of other dishes made with gluten-free ingredients and their gluten-free pizza crust which can be added to any other pizza. Some of these dishes may suffer from cross-contamination, so if you have a strong gluten-intolerance or have Celiac Disease, we suggest sticking to the GIG approved pizza menu. We wish that they had a bit more on their gluten-free certified menu, but they do a good job of providing information and making sure that everyone can at least find something safe to eat at their restaurant.
