Johnny Carino’s has a great selection of items on their gluten-free menu. They offer Udi’s gluten-free crust to create your own pizza as well as a gluten-free penne pasta which comes with many of their gluten-free entrees. They don’t have a gluten-free bun, but they do offer a lettuce wrap for the few burgers that they have on their menu.

Keep in mind that they do make other food that contains gluten in their kitchen so make sure to inform your server before you order if you have a gluten sensitivity or allergy so they can take the proper precautions.
