Here is the complete Maggiano’s gluten-free menu. I’ve personally eaten here a couple of times and never had any issues. Their gluten-free pasta is amazing and the waiters are usually understanding when it comes to allergy or intolerances. But it’s still important to be careful with cross-contamination.
If you are needing to eat gluten-free, this can be a great place to visit while in Las Vegas, Nevada. There is one in the Fashion Show Mall, right on the strip.
