What does gluten sensitive mean?
Hey Kathleen,
You can get your blood tested for gluten sensitivity. This means your body at some level can tolerate a little bit of gluten OK and aren’t technically someone diagnosed with Celiac Disease. However, if your body is having any problems with gluten, I highly recommend just ditching gluten products altogether. Listening to your body is the best approach in my opinion.
It means there’s nothing in the item that contains gluten, but the environment is shared with gluten and cross contamination could happen.
