Unos Gluten-Free Menu 2024

Here is the complete Unos Gluten-Free menu.

Uno’s Pizzeria & Grill does a great job at offering lots of different gluten-free options on their menu including gluten-free pizza and Udi’s gluten-free rolls!

We love that they make the effort to provide some gluten-free pizza as well as gluten-free rolls to have with some of their burgers. Besides that, there are a lot of other options too that are safe to eat.

They state that they work hard to make sure their customers have the information on what is gluten-free and what’s not. However, it can’t be totally guaranteed that some cross contamination might not happen with any of their food.

They also say to make sure and let your server know if you have a gluten allergy.

Unos History

Unos is a pizzeria & grill restaurant chain that’s owned and managed by the Uno Restaurant Holdings Corporation. It has more than 130 locations spread across 21 states in America, including the District of Columbia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Honduras and South Korea. The first Unos restaurant was opened in 1943 by Ike Sewell. During that time it was known as Pizzeria Uno then Uno Chicago Grill, before the name was finally changed to Unos, and then later to Uno Pizzeria & Grill.

The company’s story began when Sewell developed a signature deep dish pizza dish and opened a new restaurant at the junction between Ohio & Wabash to serve it. From this original offering, they managed to attract customers by offering a special pizza dish that was one of a kind. Their pizza was buttery with a crust that featured a tall edge similar to a fruit pie.

Ike developed a special recipe that combined original Italian spices and high grade tomatoes with considerable amounts of cheese. This was then baked for about an hour to bring out the rich flavor that customers loved. Once people tasted it, they ordered even more of the same and ever since the lines of customers waiting to be served have been increasing steadily.

Today, Unos is still the number one pizza restaurant in the country, drawing its identity and creativity from the original location. Each restaurant still makes their own pizzas fresh each morning. The company has also been adjusting its menu to represent the needs of modern day diners. The focus is always on amazing flavor and tasty menu items which strike the perfect balance between signature dishes and delicious, nutritious choices. In this manner, diners can always enjoy the best of what Unos has to offer in ways that fit their mood and lifestyle choices.

Summary

We love how many gluten-free options Uno’s Pizzeria & Grill have on their menu. Providing things like Udi’s gluten-free rolls for their burgers and offering gluten-free pizza options goes a long way. We also like their attention to providing information about their gluten-free menu and other allergen information on their website. They say to make sure to inform your server if you have a gluten-allergy before placing your order, which is encouraging, because it means they are paying attention and want to satisfy all of their customer’s dietary needs. If your looking for some gluten-free pizza or other food hot off the grill, give this place a try!
